England is the only time in the UEFA Euro 2020 who is yet to concede a goal. It is a stat that sets them apart from other teams and makes them the clear contenders to win the tournament.

Their frontrunner Harry Kane put his shooting boots on, and he’s found his confidence back. The glaring quality in his shoots proved that we are witnessing Harry Kane’s finest form. A volley from outside the box could have been a contender for the goal of the tournament had it gone inside the net.

Will England’s current form suffice against the Danes in the semi-final of UEFA Euro 2020? I guess we can only wait to find out.

Denmark’s run in the UEFA Euro 2020 has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. After Eriksen’s injury and their loss in the first game against Finland, their confidence was seemingly at an all-time low.

Simon Kjaer stepped up after the defeat and an unfortunate incident and proved his presence on the field. A captain, on and off the field, proved his significance by boosting the morale of his teammates.

Would the Danes be able to pull an upset against the Three Lions? We can wait to find out.

Possible lineups

There is no news of any injury so far, so the two teams are expected to line up like the following:

England: Pickford; Walker, Stones, Maguire, Shaw; Rice, Phillips; Saka, Mount, Sterling; Kane

Denmark: Schmeichel; Vestergaard, Christensen, Kjaer; Stryger Larsen, Delaney, Hojbjerg, Maehle; Damsgaard, Dolberg, Braithwaite

Although the Three Lions are the favourites to win this tie, it will not be an easy ride for them.

Our prediction: England 2-0 Denmark
